Privacy
We collect only what we need to answer your call, text or form, and we never sell or share your number.
What we collect
When you call, text or use the form, we see your phone number, and anything you choose to tell us: your name, the address of the job, and photos of the lock or key.
Why we keep it
We use it to quote the job, send you the technician's name and door word, invoice the work, and keep a record of the job. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for marketing.
Analytics
The site may count visits anonymously to see which pages help people. No advertising profiles are built from it.
Deleting your details
Ask us by phone, text or email and we will delete your details, except what we must keep for tax records.
