The short version is our Price Promise. We tell you the price before any work starts, and nothing changes without your yes.
The price
We give you the price on the phone before we drive, and confirm it at the door before we touch the lock. If the job turns out bigger, we stop and ask before doing more. Parts are only fitted with your approval. See our Price Promise.
Proof before we open anything
Before we open a home, we ask for ID. Before we open a car, business or safe, we ask for ID and proof that it's yours or that you're allowed in. If we can't confirm it, we don't open it. That protects you too.
Payment
Payment is due when the job is done. We take card, debit and e-transfer.
Cancelling
If you no longer need us, call or text before we arrive. Tell us as early as you can.
If something isn't right
Call or text us. We would rather hear about it and fix it than have you live with it.
